I can't sleep

I swear, I don't know what the problem is but lately I can't sleep. I feel sleepy when I go to bed and I usually drift right off to sleep. However within an hour I wake up and from that point forward all I do is toss and turn.

I don't know why but my hips hurt and my back hurts. My mattress is only about 2 years old so I can't imagine that I need to buy mattress already? I don't know if I am getting really bad arthritis or what. Anyway, I may go over to my friend's house and spend the night just to sleep on another bed. If I have to, I will buy another mattress, but I hope not.
