I really really need to do something

I know that I am notorious for talking about diets and never starting. It is probably the only area in my life where I procrastinate.
I hate it because food is such a source of interaction for my husband and I. When we are bored, we go out to somewhere nice for dinner. When we celebrate we do the same. When I cook at home, I feel compelled to cook really good comfort food, even when I don't need comforting.
I think I am going to do some research and find out what the best fat burner is and start taking it. Maybe if I do it will motivate me to actually start cutting back on my intake or at least start eatiing some healthier foods.
