Okay I'll admit it, I'm a sucker for advertising. Lately there is all this hype about shoes that can help keep you in shape by working your leg muscles as you walk. Well I'm for anything that comes natural and doesn't require me to put out any additional effort. I guess there are numerous brands of these types of shoes but I've been looking mbt shoes . They look like quality shoes but I have never met anyone who has worn them, so I am wondering about how comfortable they are. If any of you own a pair could you tell me what you think?
