I wish I had a personal trainer

I am in such bad shape and it is so hard to make myself move. I have Lupus and sometimes it is actually impossible but I need to get into shape. My friend Rich suggested that I check around to see if I can find one I can afford. I said, personal training richmond, why don't you be my trainer? He laughed and said "I don't want you to hate me." I guess he has a good point though I don't think that would happen.
