I'm missing my hard drive stuff

Wow, I told you all a few days ago about my computer dying. I think I am in mourning over this. At first I was focused on my new computer, but it has really hit me how much I have lost.
I always take photos of my artwork so I can upload it and possibly sell prints. I had done a series of paintings called Gems. They were cool because they looked rather modern. I did four of them: diamonds, emerald, ruby and garnet. I took my high resolution pics and had uploaded them to that computer before I sold the originals. Well, now they are gone of course. This is sad because now I will never be able to sell prints of it.
I hate whoever these people are who put viruses out there! They are sick, cruel people!
