It seems I never get it right

I'll tell you what. I am going to end up with a complete gym if I don't stop. The doctor keeps telling me that I need to exercise when my Lupus is not flared up. Well, first off it is not easy to just wake up and say, "Okay let's do it.", especially if for four weeks you couldn't even walk.
He suggested that I get some exercise equipment that is low impact so I bought an eliptical. Then when i was having some back issues, he said to get an inversion table. I did and I do like it. Now I have having ankle problems and he wants me to get a stationary bike. Good grief, I don't have room for all this fitness equipment!
