I don't have much money right now since I've been off work, but I also don't have many expenses. I think if I watch my Ps and Qs I could put back a little money and what I would like to do is find some way that I can invest it.
Does that sound crazy in these times of economic hardship? I truly believe that things will get better eventually. I'm not so sure about real estate or the stock market but gold sure is doing well. I think I heard the other day that gold is at its highest ever. But, like everything else in my life, I may be a day late and a dollar short on the shiny gold stuff.
I did do some research and there are companies that will let you buy gold coins and there doesn't seem to be a limit. However, I just saw that a gold coin has some weight so that will not be cheap. However, I do think I am going to save and try to at least buy one, once a year. Hell, if I live to be ninety, I will have 40 coins and if gold is up there, that could be a small fortune for my kids. Yep, that's my plan.
