Man, I've got to get on a diet!

I'll tell you what, it really sucks getting older. Every year it seems I gain a few more pounds. Then, of course, I got this Lupus and now I live on steroids. I forever feel hungry and even when I do try to cut back, the weight doesn't seem to want to move.
My mom used to tell me how hard it was to lose weight after 50 and she sure wasn't lying. I know my biggest problem is that I do not exercise. My day consists of getting up, drinking coffee, sitting at the computer teaching an ESL class online for four hours, then I take a nap. When I wake up, I fix dinner for my husband, wash the dishes and then sit down to watch tv until it's time to go to bed. I'm am truly pathetic.
I'm thinking I may try some sort of over the counter diet pills. I'm hoping that it will curb my appetite and maybe give me enough energy to be able to do a little exericse. I did a searh online for diet pills and holy crap I got back a million results. One that caught my attention was called, Avesil . I don't know too much about it, but what I did read seemed promising. I'm wondering if any of you other there have tried it and if so, how did it work for you?
