Post New Year Depression????

Well, the New Year has come and gone and we're halfway through Janauary. I don't know why, but every year I have a short time where I feel kind of down. Not serious, just a bit bummed and I can't put my finger on why. Maybe its because for all of December I'm really up and then I get very excited about the New Year..you know...another chance to get it right, but by mid month it hits me! Not terrible, just irritating because it shouldn't be.
Let's see, December brought me the ability to get my first book published and a contract with a publisher on my second book. Santa also treated me pretty well. January came in as usual with my reflection and prayer and then the start of my plans for the upcoming year. This too, was quite successful. An outline is already complete for my third book, I'm earning a good bit on my other blogs, I just had my thirty third anniversary and we went to the casino to celebrate and I won!
My friend says that Zolof is good, but I'm not a drug person and before anyone feels bad for me, keep in mind I do this every year and it usually passes in one week. Does anyone else go through this kind of short-term thing on a regular basis? I feel pretty sure that one annual bout doesn't qualify me for Bipolar disorder so I guess I'll just call it post-year syndrome.
