The Social Worker Conclusion

Susan entered the staff dining room. There were many people already seated at tables eating. Susan got in line. Walt, the Labor Relations Officer at the institution got in line behind her. Walt leaned in close to Susan and whispered in her ear. “I saw the Warden's determination on your EEO complaint against Captain Nigel and that officer.”
Susan turned and looked at him. “And?”
Walt looked down and shook his head. Susan took a deep breath and grabbed her tray of food. Walt got his tray and the two went to the cash register. “Two...” he said to the cashier as he handed her money.
“Well, thank you.” Susan said.
“No problem.”
He led the way to a table and they both sat down.
Walt looked at Susan and continued his story, “He said there wasn't enough evidence and that it was unfounded.”
“Damn, I just can't believe that this complaint didn't fly...it was so blatantly wrong! Look you don't have sex with an inmate and get caught by another staff member and get away with it.”
Walt shrugged. Susan continued, “Unfounded! So, in other words, I just made up a big lie about their bizarre behavior and the inmate lied too. Walt, that inmate was very unstable. I'm sure he was intimidated as hell. Shit, he was devastated by all this. He tried to kill himself once and now he has tried again. It's just not right! He told them everything that happened...

ONE MONTH PRIOR

Captain Nigel, a forty year old guy with a huge beer gut and Officer Hickman, an older guy with long hair and a mustache were doing an investigation down in the isolation unit.
“Damn, I'm not in the mood for this.” Nigel said.
“Me, either, but we only have two more inmates to question.” Hickman responded with his southern drawl.
Nigel nodded and picked up the phone. “Bring me Inmate Rory.” Nigel hung up the phone. Hickman shuffled some papers on the desk. The door opened and Inmate Rory, a young, white male entered.
Nigel began talking to the inmate, “This is an informal investigation. However, your statement will be electronically recorded.” Officer Hickman pressed the tape recorder button. Nigel continued, “Please state your name and number.”
“Inmate Rory, 91052” the inmate responded nervously.
“What went on in L-block Tuesday night? Who swung on who first?”
“I don't really know.”
Hickman spoke up, “Did Inmate Eisle swing on anybody?”
“That faggot! Ha!”
Captain Nigel stopped the tape. “Is he a faggot?”
“Yes...he sucks dick!”
“No shit? Has he sucked yours?” Hickman asked.
“Hell, no! I don't go that way.”
Nigel chuckled, “Do you have anything else to tell us?”
“No.”
“Okay, step out and tell the officer that we need Eisle.” said Hickman.
Inmate Rory left. Inmate Eisle stepped in and pulled the door part way closed.
“Shut the door...all the way.” Nigel said in a gruff voice.
Eisle closed the door and then stood in front of Nigel and Hickman. Nigel spoke first, “So...you're a faggot?”
“No, sir.”
Hickman chimed in, “That's what we heard.”
“No, sir.”
Hickman continued, “Well...I heard you suck dick real good!” Hickman stood up. Eisle backed up against the wall.
Nigel got up and sat on the end of the desk. “So...answer the officer. Do you suck dick real good?
Eisle looked at the floor. Hickman lunged at Eisle, slamming him into the wall by his throat. “Answer him, boy.”
“So, do you think this is a game and that Hickman here won't hurt you because I'm here?” Nigel pushed Hickman out of the way and grabbed Eisle by the hair. “Are you going to answer our questions?”
Eisle was shaken. Nigel slapped him in the face. He slammed him into the wall again and then backed up and sat on the corner of the desk.
“Do you think we should see for ourselves since he won't tell us?” Hickman asked Nigel.
Nigel shrugged and stroked his own crotch. He smiled. “Yeah...I'm up for it, if you are.”
Outside the little room, Susan had entered the isolation lobby. Officer Black took his feet off the desk as she approached. “Hi,” Susan said cheerfully.....TO READ THE ENTIRE STORY CLICK BELOW
