The Holidays were great

Well we are eleven days into the New Year and that makes me happy.
My holidays were great this year. My son has a girlfriend who has children so it was awesome having the sound of children playing and fighting around! Truly I loved it! I think it was good for them too because my husband and I went crazy buying them gifts! I forgot how much fun it was to buy toys.
For me, I wanted things for my house so my husband and I decided we would get a living room suite and a samsung lcd tv. I know that doesn't sound like Christmas excitement, but it was for me! I love both of them and we are so comfy now when we sit down in the evening to watch our favorite shows!
Now I'm ready and looking forward to what 2012 has to bring!
