TSA and luggage woes

You know I can appreciate the TSA and the fact that they are keeping us safe (or trying their best); however, I am sick of replacing luggage because of them.

I haven't traveled much lately because of my illness, however the last three times I did, my luggage was torn up. The first two times, I didn't do anything about it. This time I was really ticked so I contacted them. They were more than happy to help. All I had to do was produce the receipts for my Jack Georges luggage! Who keeps receipts for luggage? I guess I will be from now on.
