Viagra for All!

I read recently where the city government in Mexico City has decided to make Viagra available for any men 70 or older. That's quite generous.
There is an estimated 112,000 eligible men there and they will begin their distribution out of three centers December 1.

I hope the older women watch out for these guys. Why are they doing this? Because the Mayor believes that sex is the key to happiness and quality of life. Maybe he's right.
